TU student receives help from the judge on negative study advice after worrying to family in war zone

TU Delft has to reconsider whether the university rightly gave a negative study advice to a student who did not succeed in completing her propaedeutic year in her second year. The Council of State gives that assignment. The student had worried about family members from the east of Ukraine, occupied by Russia, which has been suffering from the armed conflict for years.
