The local responsible person for the coordination of the emergency aid was probably sleeping when sudden floods flooded a summer camp in the US state of Texas. That is what the Sheriff of Kerr County said to CNN on Wednesday evening (local time). 136 people died in the floods of July 4, including dozens of children.
