Running, sweating, swinging and parties. The fair run at the Tilburg fair was a great success on Sunday. Around 1850 participants ran 2, 5 or 10 kilometers over the fair, through the retirement home, town hall, the cinema and along many more well -known Tilburg places. And that produces beautiful pictures.
The runners will start on Sunday with a big smile. This year the Kermisrun is going through the cinema, Lochal, nursing home Joannes Zwijsen, RAW 013, Loc Brewery, studio, Tilburg, Gourmet Market Central Station, the town hall, Beach Tilburg and Poppodium 013.
In between running, the participants can ‘rest’ into attractions such as the Breakdance, Aeronaut, Reactor and Polyp. “We do 10 kilometers, but we don’t take running so seriously,” Team laughs the beer belly.
“The volunteers make it such a party.”
And also for Tony, better known as asterisk, the fair run is mainly about cosiness. “The volunteers who organize it all here make it such a party. So you really have to enjoy the fair.”
The fair run ends wherever it started: in Poppodium 013. All participants received a well -deserved medal.
