At least, that’s what the internet believes. The woman who has Byron in his arms – before he sees herself on the screen and dive away – is the director of human resources of his company. So not his wife. She and his two sons were not at the concert in Massachusetts.

The moment goes viral and that does not remain without consequences. In astronomer it was decided that the issue could no longer be ignored. The company posted a statement on LinkedIn. “Astronomer has been focused on the values and culture that we have led to us since our foundation. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both behavior and responsibility. The Board of Directors has started a formal investigation in this issue and we will soon share more details.”

The company also makes it clear that there were no other employees present at the concert. The woman who stands next to the couple and also appears to be ashamed, it was suspected that she is a different employee of astronomer. That turns out not to be true. Also, Byron has not yet released a statement, another message that would not be correct.
Statements of support
In the meantime, the alleged wife of Byron also seems to be responding. On her Facebook page she changed her last name back to her maiden name. Among her messages, the statements of support came in: “What a class! Continue. Take a divorce lawyer and make sure you get the money,” can be read under one of the messages. Her Facebook and Instagram page have since been removed.
