After the rollout of the revised FLX Rewards program in the United States in 2024, Foot Licht is now also starting in Europe with the new customer loyalty tool. It should offer new and improved functions, optimized customers: internal experiences and more advantages for members.
The basis of the adaptation was the knowledge from the previous program. The new advantages include, for example, exclusive offers and extended premiums, a revised redemption function from FLX Cash, with which members can apply discounts on their purchases and a more efficient membership structure. In addition, a revised registration process in the store simplifies registration. For members, Foot easily offers experiences and rewards in cooperation with Brands and Launch Events.

After several disappointing Foot quarters and numerous branch closings worldwide, the US sports retail chain Dick’s Sporting Goods announced in May 2025 to take over the shoe dealer.
