The 47-year-old Marco Z. from Oss has been stuck for fornication for three months with three boys in his house on Iman van de Boschstraat in Oss. That was apparent on Thursday before the court in Den Bosch. The man was arrested in April, after which his house was dlained twice by local residents.
Marco Z. can hit himself in front of his head, it turned out in court. The 47-year-old Ossenaar did not say much during the first director’s session. When he spoke, it was with a vibrating voice and tears. He looked a bit ragged in an old T-shirt, sagged jeans and grown hairstyle.
He is sorry, he confessed to the judges. “This should never have happened. I want to play an open card and I intend to tell everything I did.”
Marco Z. was according to it Brabants Dagblad Known as a man where it was always a sweet raid and where sometimes children stayed asleep. On Google Maps you can clearly see that Z. built a huge space behind his house where many people from the neighborhood came over.
Z. was in the night of 13 arrested on April 14. It seems that the police immediately took action after a report of fornication. On the provisional indictment is an assault of a child of 13 years on 13 April.
In addition to this boy, Marco Z. would also have committed sexual abuse with two other boys ‘under 16’. An investigation was done whether there were more victims, but the public prosecutor reported during the hearing that it will stay with three victims. In addition to the fornication, Z. is also being prosecuted for owning child pornography. How large that collection is is currently being investigated.
Marco Z.’s life was destroyed, it became clear during the session. Up to twice, slogans such as ‘pedo death’ and ‘go broken’ were chalked on his house. Z. also understands that he can never go back to his neighborhood and wants to sell his house. But that is not easy from his cell in Vught.
Strikingly enough, another man (37) was arrested in the same neighborhood in March for fornication with a minor girl who was found in his house. His house was then also daubed.
Marco Z.’s lawyer did not try to get him out of the cell. And so Z. will get stuck for the time being.
