In Badhoevedorp, an older woman became the victim of a refined theft on Thursday. The perpetrator (s) occurred as employees of the municipality, the local police officer reports.
The woman was first approached by telephone by a man who claimed that there had been broken in. Shortly thereafter a young woman appeared at the door, who also presented herself as a municipal employee. Under the guise of control, she asked about the jewelry of the resident.
Then the caller asked the woman to look at the kitchen faucet because of an alleged problem with the water. While the resident was derived in the kitchen, the female henchman grabbed her chance and disappeared with the jewelry.
The perpetrator concerns a woman about 25 years old. The police have included a report and investigate the case.
