The semi -finals between Aryna Sabalenka and Amanda Anisimova take place at high temperatures. The weather is noticeable in the audience. Sabalenka intervenes twice.

The Wimbledon semi-final of the most tennis-world list of Aryna Sabalenka on Thursday afternoon was interrupted for a few minutes because of a medical incident-and Sabalenka himself provides considerable help.

What happened? With 2: 3, 40:40 in the first sentence from the favorite Belarus’ perspective against the American Amanda Anisimova, the chair referee suddenly interrupted the game, asked for medical help. A spectator was obviously not doing well in the blazing sun of the grandstand under the Center Court at around 30 degrees. Sabalenka hurried directly to her freezer next to the bank, reached an unused water bottle and a cooling pack, ran to the grandstand and handed both to help the person concerned. The audience applauded the star’s action.

Tournament-officials with an umbrella then immediately took care of the viewer concerned, so she was able to go off the grandstand after around five minutes. Sabalenka’s game against Anisimova was then continued. But only briefly.

Curious: A few minutes later there was the next interruption in the match, this time at 4: 5 from Sabalenka’s point of view. Again, a person in the opposite grandstand had health problems. And again Sabalenka acted quickly, brought the next water bottle past, inquired about the condition. Here too, officials helped with shields and subjects. After short moments it went on again in the match. Another interruption failed to stop.
