RU! S was recently nominated for the Indie World Film Festival in Cannes where they hijacked one of the special ‘Luciole d’Or’ sculptures on Saturday 28 June. The Luciole d’Or is the highest distinction of the World Film Festival in Cannes for international filmmakers in various genres (long and short films, documentaries, experimental films, animation, video clips, …). RU! S was nominated in the Best First Time Filmmaker category and was a finalist in the Best Feature Film category.
The film is now in the finishing phase. The team dreams of a selection for the Ostend Film Festival and works behind the scenes on a Flemish premiere.
