Valuables were stolen

As the celebrity portal “TMZ” reports, citing police circles, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) currently secures traces at the scene. In addition to video recordings from surveillance cameras, fingerprints are primarily evaluated. These are to be compared with existing entries in national and state police databases.

According to the current investigation, the perpetrators probably reached the property via the entrance door. Photos from the crime scene show that the damaged door area has now been secured with plywood panels. At the time of the break -in, it was reported that three unknown people overcome a fence and gained access to the house from a window. There they apparently searched several rooms and stolen valuables. This reported, among other things, “NBC News”, citing informed security circles.

Organized groups?

Brad Pitt did not stay in the United States at the time of break -in. On June 23, he attended the London premiere of the motorsport film “F1” produced by Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton. Apparently the perpetrators took advantage of his absence.

The incident is part of a series of burglaries that have affected wealthy residential areas in Los Angeles in recent months. The police speak of organized groups that targeted villas of prominent personalities.

On Valentine’s Day, actress Nicole Kidman and her husband, musician Keith Urban, were victims of a break -in. Other well-known people are actors Jeremy Piven, “Elvis” actor Austin Butler, NBA professional Ty Jerome and French football world champion Olivier Giroud, who is currently under contract with Los Angeles FC. Actors of the reality series “Selling Sunset”, Mary and Romain Bonnet were also affected.
