A popular young generation of hit band Comedy has been reinforced to warm up Katri Helena’s farewell concert.
The concert will be held at the Helsinki Olympic Stadium on Saturday, August 16. Wish Comedy-The band was warmed up by the artist Katri Helena from himself.
“It’s a great honor to warm up the iconic Katri Helena with her farewell gig,” says the band in a press release.
The band says they will organize Finland’s biggest stage dances in honor of Katri Helena before her performance.
– We have also had Katri Helena’s tutle on this summer’s gigs, which has been tremendously popular, says the band.

Katri Helena ends her career for more than sixty years. The concert will hear the beloved blue and white hits accompanied by Leri Leskinen’s party orchestra.

Of five young musicians consisting of Comedy made his breakthrough last year with his convincing gig and their hit single I’m going to take with a fan. The song has been listened to more than 1.5 million times on Spotify and was the most played song in Radio Finland in 2024.
The band has used Tiktok strongly to expand their audience, where they have reached the younger audience in particular.
Album released at the beginning of the summer 2025 Cataract has collected more than four million streams during the first month. The title track on the album has been on the Spotify Top 50 list for several weeks, raising to 8th at its best.
Comedy appeared in early summer three evenings in a row on sold out In the stage dances of Backas. On Midsummer Eve, the band also charmed the audience to record YLE Radio Finnish Midsummer Dances -In the broadcast. Six of the band’s Midsummer Week gigs were sold out.
