NHL Society Detroit Red Wings says on their websitethat club legend Alexander Delvecchio Died on Tuesday 1.7. The man was 93 years old.

Delvecchio led Detroit three times to become a Stanley Cup master. He played his first game in the Red Wing of 1950-1951. The last season of the legend was 1973-1974. He played 1,550 regular season games in 24 seasons and scored 1,281 (456+825) points.
