Thomas Müller soon says goodbye to FC Bayern, and the cover picture of the club app has already been changed. A new addition can be seen in Müller’s place.

Thomas Müller will leave FC Bayern after the club World Cup. A maximum of three games remain the offensive player in the club’s jersey, provided that the Munich team reach the final in the USA.

Striking: Müller can no longer be seen in the photo in the photo in the official Bayern app. In the old design, the superstar was shown in the front left in the corner next to Harry Kane, which was positioned in the front in the middle.

Instead, the new title motif shows, among other things, newcomer Michael Olise at the front left at Müller’s position. The 23-year-old had attracted attention in the past season with 17 goals and 21 templates. At the center of the picture is Jamal Musiala, who exchanged the position with Harry Kane on the revised picture. Kane can now be found in the third row, diagonally behind Joshua Kimmich.

Manuel Neuer and coach Vincent Kompany remain unchanged in the picture in the back row at the top. Players of the women’s team are also represented: Giulia Gwinn, Lena Oberdorf, Glódís Perla Viggósdóttir, Georgia Stanway, Pernille Harder and the trainer of the Bayern women, José Barcala, can be seen.

It is still open how things go for the club World Cup for Müller. According to information from the “Bild”, the US club Los Angeles FC shows interest. The MLS team coach is the former Bundesliga player Steven Cherundolo. Talks about a change – Müller’s salary is said to be an obstacle so far. After the upcoming departure of star striker Olivier Giroud, Los Angeles should have more financial negotiation.

Müller himself recently commented on his future at DAZN and said that he was “no stress”. A career end is just as conceivable as a change to the USA. According to the report, he currently tends to engage in the MLS. The 35-year-old recently made a new start away from sport with an investment in a start-up. Read more here.

At first, however, the focus is on the club World Cup. In the quarter-finals, the team will meet Paris Saint-Germain on Saturday (6 p.m. German time/live at Sat.1 and DAZN).
