This morning a motorist lost control of the steering wheel on the Europaweg-Zuid in Assen. The car then hit a lamppost and a tree.
The car suffered major damage due to the accident. According to the first reports, the driver seems to have been released with the shock. A lane from the Europaweg-Zuid was temporarily closed to the other traffic.
