Our two oldest sons receive a maximum additional grant – the advantage of the modest joint income of their parents. From a conversation with their friends, I casually catch what this allowance is called among students: “Yes dude, I’m going to make ends meet, because I also get the” pathetic parents “allowance in addition to that basic grant.”
