Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pasjinjan spoke to Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan about improving relations during a rare visit to Turkey. According to Armenia, it was a “historical” encounter between the leaders of the two neighboring countries, who have a very difficult relationship historically.
