After the severe opening defeat against Champions League winner Paris Saint-Germain, Atlético Madrid registered at the club World Cup in the USA. The Spanish championship third hit Seattle Sunders in the Lumen Field 3-1 (1: 0), Pablo Barrios achieved a double pack.
