Mahir Emreli apparently stayed in the 2nd Bundesliga at the end of his contract at 1.FC Nuremberg. The 27 -year -old striker from Azerbaijan is agreed with the 1.FC Kaiserslautern about a transfer. There he will shortly sign a working paper valid until 2028. The Hannover 96, which is also interested, is said to have got out of the poker according to the commitment of Kiels Benedikt Pichler (27).

The national player had signed for one year when he moved from Dinamo Zagreb to Nuremberg in August 2024, said with an option for extension. During this period he scored eleven goals in 25 games, only records and exit Stefanos Tzimas (19, switched to Brighton) came on one more goal.
