Parachute does not open: British mother (48) is killed at Duosprong in mind of son (9)

A 48-year-old British woman died with her instructor last Friday during Skydives. Belinda Taylor had received the Duosprong as a gift from her partner. Scott Armstrong, together with his 9-year-old son, had to watch from the ground to be powerless how it completely missed.
