Defined the summer plans of the two Azzurri, followed closely by the CT Villa for the World Cup in Rwanda

For both, the Giro d’Italia did not go according to desires. Giulio Ciccone retired following the fall in the final of the stage of Gorizia, that falling involuntarily triggered by Antonio Tiberi who in turn had to say goodbye to every podium ambition, to then close 17th in Rome in support of his partner Damiano Caruso. Now the two Azzurri, followed very closely by the coach Marco Villa for the World Cup in Rwanda on 28 September, have defined their plans for the summer period after the tricolors of the end of June that both will skip. For Ciccone, who has now started to go out on a bike (up to 3 hours, about 3 and a half hours) the return will be in San Sebastian, on August 2nd. Then Vuelta Burgos, Vuelta of Spain, World Cup and Lombardy as main appointments. As for Tiberi, he will make a hill on the Altura on the Pordoi in July and then will return to the Giro di Poland from 4 July, in view of the Vuelta which takes place on Saturday 23 August by Piedmont.
