Eintracht Braunschweig draws a line: the collaboration with jersey supplier Puma is over. Who will be the successor?

Eintracht Braunschweig and the sporting goods manufacturer Puma go separate paths at the end of the 2024/25 season. The club announced this on Friday. Since the season 2021/22, the lions have carried jerseys with the big cat – now it is over after four years.

And: The story between Puma and the blue and yellow goes back even further. From 2007 to 2013, the brand based in Herzogenaurach was supplier of the association. After an eight -year break, the comeback followed in 2021 – which now also ends. So far, the club has not given reasons for the separation.

Wolfram Benz, commercial managing director of Eintracht Braunschweig GmbH & Co. KGAA, thanks the long -time partner for the always professional and reliable cooperation. “During this time, we were not only allowed to celebrate the promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga, but also play three exciting and exhausting seasons in league – with three class observes as a result,” he says.

However, it is not yet known who will equip Eintracht in the future. According to a report by the “Braunschweiger Zeitung”, the Umbro brand should be discussed as a successor to Puma. The British sporting goods manufacturer has been dealing with the Sportswear brand Castore since March 2024 and completed a license agreement with this. Castore can market the team sports products from Umbro in Germany with the folding sublicent.
