New professional adventure for Marco Simone. The former Milan striker became president of the Monaco United Football Club, a solid and international football project that aims to involve talents from all over the world and develop structures and skills to bring football to standards of excellence. It was the former Rossoneri bomber and the AS Monaco who presented the initiative in the Principality. His leadership and profound link with the Monegasque football tradition represent the soul of the new company.

Men’s and female football

Together with Simone there are Morris Pagniello and Justin Davis, respectively founder and CEO of the Racing City Group, an international football conglomerate. Pagniello, a former professional footballer, brings with him decades of experience in scouting, academies and management. Davis guides the economic and operational side of the project, combining financial skills and passion for football development. At the center of the project is the Monaco United Women’s Football Club, which represents the spearhead of the initiative. The women’s team will be the engine that will guide the Principality in a new era -football era to female elite, with a bold goal: reaching the Ligue 1 Féminine in the shortest possible time. This milestone will be supported by significant investments, by a solid technical leadership and a development system aimed at the growth of young talents from all over the world. The male project will instead be developed through a long -term strategy, with a rose made up of local talents and foreign players from the internal Academy.
