The Italian brands CP Company and Massimo Osti Studio dedicate an exhibition to the sports swear pioneer of the same name.
The retrospective “Ideas from Massimo Osti. From Bologna, Beyond Fashion” (Eng.: Ideas by Massimo Osti. From Bologna, beyond fashion.) Is recognized by the Italian designer and founder of the brands CP Company and Stone Island 20 years after his death, said CP Company on Friday. It was created in collaboration with the Massimo Osti Archive, which houses more than 5000 archive pieces by the designer in the heart of Bolognas on 300 square meters.
In Bologna, Osti’s hometown, which he did not exchanged for one of the Italian fashion metropolises, the exhibition in the Palazzo Poli Museum can also be seen.
Create journey through time through Ostis
From a journey through time through Osti’s brand world, visitors to the exhibition came to a replica of his studio, which in the 1970s and 80s was a hotspot for various artists: the interior of the Italian city. You will then learn more about the designer principles of the designer, which are visualized by prototypes, military books, notebooks, graphics patterns, textile samples and original objects.

The exhibition on Osti, which is known for its research on materials, production processes and techniques, can still be seen in Bologna until September 28th.
