Musk sent the message, without proof, on his own message service X during his open fight Thursday with Trump on social media. The Tesla and SpaceX boss said, among other things, that Trump should be dropped off. The president suggested to cancel government contracts with Musks.
‘Big bomb’
“It’s time to drop the really big bomb: Donald Trump is in the Epstein files,” Musk wrote. “That is the real reason why they were not made public.”
Epstein was an American investor who was accused of sexual crimes and exploitation. He committed suicide in prison before he could be tried. There is plenty of speculation about influential people from his network who could possibly owed the abuse or were even complicit.

Last week, Musk left the Doge Taskforce, which advises the government on cutbacks and the reduction of the government. During the election campaign, Musk was still an important pillar from Trump.

Vice president JD Vance responded in a podcast published on Saturday. He said it was a “big mistake” of Musk to attack Trump. “I will always remain loyal to the president and I hope that Elon will eventually return to the ranks,” said Vance, who also said that Trump did nothing wrong with Epstein.
