The man was arrested in August 2024 because he allegedly rioted in a Moscow Hotel. Later he was accused of an attack on a police officer, which would have resulted in a long prison sentence. In April 2025, a court stopped the procedure, but forced him to a psychiatric clinic for mental disorders.
