MIlano, 5 Jun. (askanews) – Four months after its debut at the Sanremo Bresh Festival releases the album “Mediterranean”.
“Mediterranean was born because the most important thing in my opinion are the albums and live and therefore during the construction of the album the Mediterranean name came out. Mediterranean was born with the desire to make music, we left many pieces that we have done in these years, when blue gold has come out and I hope not to throw them away from the whole. Those who will come out on the disc are the right songs for this name, because it is a name that bears me, makes me feel so comfortable”.
16 songs that draw on his imagination linked to travel, the sea and to Liguria, the Genoese Andrea Brasi, aka Bresh is among the most appreciated songwriters of the new generation, and has a very strong bond with his land.
“The relationship I have with my land and the sea is a relationship let’s say of blood, it is a physiological relationship because it is like raising the musk from a wet place, it would dry out, not well. So much so that I struggle to stay too far away, even if you can resist quietly even outside. Having the certainty that you will return makes me feel calm”.
For Bresh the journey is linked to curiosity, hunger and fantasy. And after the writing of the album he prepares to return live in October with a tour in the buildings that already has two dates sold out in Milan, instead the summer tour canceled.
“I will bring the album, I will bring the historical songs and a great desire to review the fans on tour, which is the thing that gratifies me most”.
