Joseph’s exact IQ did not release his parents. The lower limit to be admitted to Mensa is at least 132. The organization has more than 100,000 members worldwide. Mensa Nederland has around 4200 members.

To be eligible, the smart guys must take an IQ test or provide sufficient evidence to convince the Mensa board of directors that they are among the best two percent of the smartest people in the world. Joseph already stood out as a baby
Mother Rose tells Guinness World Records that it was soon clear that Joseph is special. He was able to roll himself over for the first time when he was five weeks old, spoke his first word with seven months and read his first book for his second. At the age of 2.5 years he was able to read aloud and in five languages up to ten counts, just like before and back to one hundred.
