Evert Santegoeds remains with his opinion that Suzan & Freek should go to Frankfurt to see what is still possible there. “I have received many responses with good experiences.”
It is now a week since Suzan & Freek announced that he has metastatic lung cancer and can no longer be cured. In fact, they hinted that he may not make it anymore the end of the year, if they hope to welcome their first child. Private boss Evert Santegoeds then advised the two to go to Frankfurt.
Famous doctor
According to Evert there is a doctor who can do something for them, but of course he has no knowledge of Freeks medical file. Many people therefore thought it was a bit inappropriate from him. How does he look back on that?
The magazine maker stays there. “Yes, in Frankfurt there is a very famous doctor in that area,” he says in Strictly private. “It released quite a few reactions, also in my mailbox. Many reactions from people who also have very good experiences with that.”
Extension
Perhaps something is still possible, says Evert. “I was in a restaurant on Thursday evening where someone came to me and said:” How good you said that, because my niece had been given up here and he has been there, and he is now … “
He continues: “It is not about healing now – it will be quite gloomy, those prospects – but a little extension. So that’s why I said that and of course everyone will find something again, but yes, it is also my profession to say something about something occasionally.”
Wonder
Co-host Jordi Versteegden would like it. “Yes, and I think: everyone also hopes for a miracle.”
Evert: “It is no wonder, it is a fairly unique therapy that they do not apply in the Netherlands, and in the Black Forest, where there is a clinic, and in Frankfurt, they do that. And regularly successfully and this gentleman also said:” If they want to know more about it, this is my number, they can always call that. “
Talk show
According to Victor Vlam, talk shows are now competing for the arrival of Suzan & Freek, and Evert also thinks that a lot of bells are being committed behind the scenes.
But, Evert Zergt: “I think their heads don’t stand there, and if they tell their story, then that would be in print in the Linda. Or something, then on television. Certainly if Eva is not there, I consider the chance small.”
