The 24-year-old Jesper de Jong did not succeed in reaching the third round of Roland Garros. He started strongly against the much higher Alexander Zverev and surprisingly won the first set. Then last year’s finalist took over the initiative and won in four sets. Despite the defeat, De Jong showed that he can go on this level.
