In the nucleus of the SIP General Rodríguez Industrial Park, LB Company It is shaping a new industrial ship for the company Blanca Lomareaffirming its commitment to industrial development and the contribution of value to the community. Under the direction of the architect Mariana Yañez, this project stands out for its efficient design and its adaptability to productive needs.

Characteristics of the work

The ship, with dimensions of 30 m wide, 105 m long and 9 m high under beamuse the constructive method of Full soul: attached steel beams by continuous welds that guarantee maximum resistance and durability. This modular system, mounted directly in the field, allows to significantly reduce construction times. The work, initiated in February, has as a delivery date the last 2025 quarter.

Versatile spaces without columns

One of the great advantages of this design is its 3,000 m² free surfacewithout interior columns, which offers total flexibility to house any production chain. In addition, the project includes segmented spaces such as Administrative offices, reception, changing rooms and dining roomadapting to the specific needs of Loma Blanca.

Dry construction: experience and precision

LB Company has an internal team of specialized blacksmiths, trained in avant -garde techniques to work the iron with precision. This experience allows meticulous planning and expert supervision, ensuring quality results at each stage of the project.
