Reyer imposes himself against the black vu: Wiltjer’s 21 points decisive
Venice is still alive. At Taliecio the Reyer survives in the race-3 to the Curtains of Virtus’s comeback, imposing 89-82 thanks to the 21 points of an almost infallible Wiltjer (6/7 from 2 and 3/4 from 3) and the double-doppy of Kabengele from 13 points and 11 rebounds. The quarterfinals LBA will resume tomorrow, with the double Milan-Trento and Trieste-Brescia challenge.
Glint Reyer

Venice intends to fight until the last: it shows it with rediscovered confidence from the arch and with unprecedented defensive attention in the series. The orogranny match plan works, so much so as to leave just 2 points to the black vu after the first 7 ‘. Pajola’s personality and the size of Shengelia partially redeem Virtus, who tries to get back in the wake. But the guest attack is still too cumbersome and dependent on the initiatives of individuals: it cannot keep the Wiltjer and companions step. And so, despite the partial black and white of 9-0 accrued in the last broots of the second period, at the end of the first half Reyer maintains the double figure of advantage: we return to the locker room on 47-37.
Venice resists
–
Upon returning to the field, the Segafredo changes march thanks to Morgan’s energy: the black vu find offensive fluidity and with a further partial, this time 10-0, they really do. Venice resists for large parts thanks to the excellent work done in painting by the pair of long Kabengele-thessors, but it seems to have exhausted their push, while Bologna rises more and more shots. But just when the good opportunity could materialize for the tie, Shengelia misses a series of easy supports, while the revived Wiltjer returns to make himself heard as at the beginning of the race, putting the tombstone thanks to his caughter under the canestra. Reyer resists and wins 89-82, bringing the series to 2-1 for Virtus. In 48 hours we will return to Taliercio for Race-4.
