The final Four of the Nations League will take place from June June 8th. Now it is also clear which squad Julian Nagelsmann will play with.
The German national team wants to convince in the semi-finals of the Nations League against Portugal on June 4 (from 9 p.m. in the T-Online Live ticker) in Munich. National coach Julian Nagelsmann has now known his squad for the final four.
The 37-year-old wants to play the tournament with these players:
Midfield: Karim Adeyemi, Nadiem Amiri, Tom Bischof, Serge Gnabry, Leon Goretzka, Robin Gosens, Pascal Groß, Felix Nmecha, Aleksandar Pavlović, Leroy Sané, Angelo Stiller, Florian Wirtz
Nick Woltemade will be there for the first time in the circle of the A-national team. Already on Wednesday, the DFB confirmed that the striker from VfB Stuttgart will contest both the Nations League and the European Championship with the U21. Another debutant is Tom Bishop of TSG Hoffenheim.
In addition, some players return to the squad who have not been taken into account recently. These include the last injured goalkeeper Marc-André Ter Stegen from FC Barcelona and the long-injured striker Niclas Füllkrug by Premier League club West Ham United. Serge Gnabry (FC Bayern) and Robin Gosens (AC Florence) will also appear again in the DFB jersey.
National coach Nagelsmann still has to do without the injured Jamal Musiala, Antonio Rüdiger, Tim Kleindienst and Kai Havertz (recently recently recovered).
Depending on how the DFB team strikes Portugal, the game for third place in Stuttgart or the final in Munich will take place on June 8th. Spain and France play in the second semi -finals.
