On average they pay 263,700 euros for an apartment, but that amount does not stop single people to buy. Last year almost six in ten apartments in Flanders were purchased by a single. And in one province that figure is clearly higher than elsewhere. The rental prices are one reason, but there are more. And the age category of the buyers is also very surprising.
