The season is over, Lukas Kwasniok’s time in Paderborn as well. The trainer now wants to step on for the time being.
After the end of his work at SC Paderborn, Lukas Kwasniok canceled the list of candidates on the coaching market. The 43-year-old was considered an interesting personnel, but will probably not take over a new club for the time being.
Kwasniok said: “The probability is high that I will not be seen on the sidelines at the beginning of the season,” said the coach, who reacted to possible speculation about a quick return. Kwasniok wanted to spend more time with the family and spoke of a longer vacation. However, he did not rule out that he could see the situation differently in “two or three weeks”.
The German coach, who was born in Poland, has worked “full of dedication” for the club in recent years, “it is difficult for me to identify myself with a new task at the moment”. Kwasniok came to the SC in 2021 and led the Paderborns seventh in four seasons, once in sixth place and fourth place in the past season.
