Who has seen Emma (8) and Jeffrey (10)? Brother Missing Dutch children thinks that father may drive to Belgium with them

The Dutch police are urgently looking for Jeffrey (10) and Emma (8). They were last seen yesterday around 3.30 pm in Beerta, in the province of Groningen. According to the older brother of the children, they were probably taken by their father, who may drive to Belgium or France with them.
