Emergency services conducted research in and around the water on the Liithse Dijk in Lith on Saturday evening after a report that someone would have ended up in the water there. Shipping traffic was stopped and the locks were closed.

In addition to the fire brigade of Den Bosch and Lith, a diving team and a surface dinging team from Mill, several ambulances also came to the water. One of the care providers focused on the reporter, who would be an acquaintance of the missing person.

Shoes
Shoes were found on the waterfront. That location was closed. The search, which started around ten in the evening, continued until midnight. Whether the search has yielded something, is not yet announced.

A possible indication seemed to see on underwater cameras, but it turned out to be nothing in the end.
