After inspection, the works in, among others, the Brugsestraat, Sportstraat, Marechalstraat, Torhoutsestraat, Walstraat and the Koebroekdreef are not properly executed, certainly not the finish:
“The pavement is uneven and the street scene is messy. That does not meet the quality requirements for safety and quality of life. That is why the repairs by the contractor must be again done at his own expense,” says the municipality.
The additional nuisance is annoying, but necessary to guarantee sustainable quality, they say at Oostkamp.
