The first semifinals of the Eurovision Song Contest has a level, but only to a certain point, writes Mari Pudas, a journalist in Basel.

Kaj is a sure finalist. Sarah Louise Bennett

The first semifinal of the Eurovision Song Contest is confusingly uneven. Its first half is curse stuff, but the final half is downright tired.

On Monday, only the media and the people of the delegation were watching the general exercises, so there is no major conclusion about how any presentation appeals to the audience.

So much can say that at least the first semi -finals are not based on the generals Wrapper A crazy crazy. Of course, the situation may change when the right audience can see the performances.

The biggest applause from the rare audience received Estonia Tommy Cash in a song Espresso Macchiato. Tommy Cash’s singing skills cannot be praised, but the song is not based on the song. Tommy Cash will be sure to continue.

Estonia’s Tommy Cash will definitely go on. One of the authors of the song is Johannes Naukkarinen, who is familiar with the wrapper Cha Cha Chaus. Eurovision

Kaj’s performance was as expected and there was nothing surprising about it in Finnish. Bara Bada Bastu Well suited for a gigantic stage and the Vöyrians performed their song with professionalism. This, too, will be sure to go bomb.

After Kaj, the level begins to drop considerably. You can even talk about the launch. Belgian Red Sebastian In Strobe Lights At least there is some kind of company, but it is a mystery that how on earth can it be so high in betting. The verse of the song is quite bland. Of course, the rising beat is fun to hear.

This song, as in many other first semifinals, has fine visual elements. They are the finest throughout what has been seen in visas at times. The “gate” on Catwalk is a fun invention.

The further the second semifinal progresses, the more boring performances. Sem’s tail peaks are Azerbaijan Mamagaman Run with u and Croatian Marko Bošnjakin Poison Cake.

If the first semifinals are not inspired when Kaj’s sequel is certain, it is still worth looking at the end for visual elements and exceptionally good postcards.
