The Ukrainian army comes with a scoop. For the first time, soldiers at the front will be able to purchase weapons directly in a special web store. Even more remarkable is that they can use points that they earn with killing Russians. “No army tackles this,” says Defense expert Roger Houses. He believes that the system could quickly follow all over the world. “It is innovative, but there are also risks attached to it.”
