In the Netherlands, 41,000 women who are victims of female circumcision, also known as female genital mutilation. Lenna van den Haak (45) only found out at the age of twenty -five that she was circumcised as a child and shares her story. Lenna: “I didn’t know what I heard. At that moment the world stopped.”
