Citizens can challenge fines as cameras from route controls violate the privacy rules

If citizens in Flanders believe that ANPR cameras in their municipality are used in a way that is not according to the rules of art, then they can step against it. Chairman Hans Graux of the Flemish Supervision Committee (VTC) declared this on Sunday in the seventh day on VRT1.
