Regensburg hit Cologne and kidnapped a point from the Rhein-Energie Stadium. The SSV’s second league descent is now determined.
The 1. FC Köln has left an important victory in the promotion race of the 2nd Bundesliga. Against the bottom of the table SSV Jahn Regensburg, the “Effzeh” did not get beyond a 1: 1 (0: 0).
After Tim Lemperle brought the home side in the 59th minute, Noah Ganaus (76.) managed a good quarter of an hour later.
Due to the result, Cologne misses first place from Hamburger SV. With 55 points, the Rhinelanders are second – with a three -point lead over SC Paderborn in third place.
