Hamburger SV is one of the largest clubs in Germany. In the New sticker on T-Online you will find all the important messages about the “red pants”.
The HSV’s second division women stand after the 24th matchday with one leg in the 1st Bundesliga. At the already established promoted Nuremberg, the Hamburg women won 2-0 on Saturday afternoon.
Shortly before the break, Lisa Baum brought HSV 1-0 in the lead (41.). Jobina Lahr scored 2-0 in the 58th minute. The HSV women have two games before the end of the season at 47 points. As the third in the table, you prove the last direct promotion place.
SV Meppen as fourth with 40 points must now win against VfL Bochum (7th, 35 points) on Sunday (2 p.m.) in order to keep your own chances of promotion. On the last matchday (May 18), HSV and Meppen meet in a direct duel.
The HSV can still win: at SV Darmstadt 98 the Hamburgers won 3-0 on Saturday. In the 23rd minute, Ludovit Reis headed HSV after a corner from returnee Miro Muheim to 1-0 in the goal.
In the 58th minute, Ransford Königsdörffer increased to 2-0 – again the goal fell after a corner that Sebastian Schonlau extended to the striker. Davie Selke made the decision in the 80th minute after a preparatory work by Immanuel Pherai. Robert Glatzel got in the 90th+5th Minute the 4-0 final score, again according to Pherai. A hit by Jean-Luc Dompé (66.) was withdrawn due to a previous offside position by Emir Sahiti.
Central defender Dennis Hadžikadunić had to be replaced after 43 minutes. The 26-year-old had injured his ankle just before. His replacement Sebastian Schonlau later saw the fifth yellow card – he is missing against Ulm.
The HSV is currently in 1st place with 56 points – Cologne (54), however, still plays against the bottom of Jahn Regensburg on Saturday evening (8.30 p.m.). The Hamburg leads to relegation rank 3 now: there the SC Paderborn with 52 points, the 1. FC Kaiserslautern and SV Elversberg are still added on Sunday (from 1.30 p.m.). The HSV will be a victory for promotion to the 1st Bundesliga next Saturday in the home game against Ulm (May 10, 8.30 p.m.).
Darmstadt coach Florian Kohfeldt sends the following line -up against HSV on the lawn:
Shoes – López, Riedel, Vukotic, Bueno – Müller, Nuremberg Förster, Corredor – Lidberg, Hornby.
The away game of the HSV in Darmstadt begins at 1 p.m. Coach Merlin Polzin announced his starting eleven around an hour before kick -off. Miro Muheim celebrates his return after a three -week injury break.
This is how the HSV plays in Darmstadt:
Heuer Fernandes – Mikelbrencis, Hadžikadunić, Elfadli, Muheim – Meffert, Reis – Dompé, Selke, Königsdörffer, Baldé.
First sit on the bench: Raab (TW), Schonlau, Hefti, Poreba, Pherai, Karabec, Glatzel, Sahiti and rod.
The HSV is already waiting for three games. Against Braunschweig (2: 4), Schalke 04 (2: 2) and the Karlsruher SC (1: 2), the Hamburgers only scored one point. At Darmstadt 98, everything is now to be different on Saturday (kick -off 1 p.m.). HSV also creates hope from a view to the history of this duel.
Because so far the HSV has never lost at the Hesse. Neither in the 1st Bundesliga, in the 2nd Bundesliga nor in the DFB Cup, the “Rothoses” drove home with a defeat from the Böllenfall goal.
