Program Liberation Day 2025 in Zoetermeer

Normally we celebrate the Liberation Festival on the Markt in the center of the city. This year it is different due to work at the Dobbark. This year you have to go to the former DSO football site in the Van Tuyllpark on Van der Hagenstraat for Liberation Day. This is next to the De Watergeus swimming pool.
By bike and with the tram

It is best to walk on foot, by bike or by public transport to the festivities on Liberation Day. There is enough space to park your bike. Are you coming with the tram? Then get off at the Tuyllpark stop. You walk through the park in the direction of the field where all the festivities are.
Parking on Liberation Day
Do you still want to come by car? Then you can go to one of the two parking areas next to the Lansingerland train station. Follow the signs and walk to the festival site within ten minutes. There will be a Kiss & Ride around the roundabout at Van der Hagenstraat.
Go shopping
Do you want to go shopping on Sunday 4 May (Remembrance Day) or Monday 5 May (Liberation Day)? Then it is useful to know what time you can go to the supermarkets. You can read the opening hours below:
