The 2: 3 against Dortmund with the very controversial goal has episodes for Hoffenheim’s national goalkeeper Oliver Baumann. The TSG captain does not feel sufficiently protected.
National goalkeeper Oliver Baumann is missing the TSG 1899 Hoffenheim for the time being because of a concussion. The 34-year-old has the injury to the much-discussed scene with the 3-2 winning goal of Borussia Dortmund Covered last Saturday in the Bundesliga.
“My diagnosis shows an example that the lawn is about the safety of the players, who can even carry out consequential damage from such situations,” said Baumann in a statement by the Kraichgauer. “Therefore, in the interest of the health of the players, there may be no two opinions to interrupt the game immediately for possible head injuries – regardless of how the game situation is presented at that moment.”
BVB goal after head hit caused outrage
Baumann will be missing from Borussia Mönchengladbach on Saturday in the next game of the table 15. The captain had got the knee of Carney Chukwuemeka against the BVB in added time and suffered a grazing wound and bump.
