In 2015 Giuffre found “Victims Refuse Silence”, which has now been in “Speak Out, Act, Reclaim“(Soar) was renamed. A non -profit interest group for survivors of Sex trade. After Epstein’s death, she entered the BBC interviewin which she claimed that she was sold to Prince Andrew and raped three times. What corresponds to the allegations that she had first brought in a lawsuit in 2014 in front of a court in Florida.
Later she sued Prince Andrew for sexual assault. In 2022, it was agreed out of court before Andrew would have been forced to make an affidavit. Andrew also promised a donation to Giuffre’s charity. However, he did not admit any of her claims.
“Virginia was a tireless fighter in the fight against sexual abuse and sex trade,” says her family’s explanation. “It was the light that encouraged so many survivors.”
