Plot of the TV miniseries

The miniseries is set in 1944, on Piedmontese Alps. The protagonists are Marta, Davide, Sara and Marcofour friends between 12 and 13 years of age who hope that the war will soon end, to embrace more parents and brothers. They can no longer bear to be treated as children and, since their age makes them beyond any suspicion, they decide to helping partisans in secret. The four boys take on the identity of Sandokan, a rebel that puts Nazi and fascists in the valley in difficulty. Friends will give their fundamental contribution to allow the resistance to win and to our country to get rid of enemies.
