“Keep it simple”: Federal Ombudsman map increasing complexity in the annual report

Today, the federal ombudsman proposes his annual report in parliament. It is striking that after record year 2023, when many people submitted a complaint about the high energy premiums, the number of complaints also remained high in 2024: 9,112 files were drawn up last year, only 1,083 less than in 2023.
