Queen Silvia has recovered for a few weeks after surgery.

Queen Silvia of Sweden underwent a leg surgery in early April. Courtyard spokesman Margareta Thorgren previously told Swedish magazine Svensk Damillethat the queen is on sick leave until Easter.

Thorgren re -commented to the magazine on Good Friday that the queen is doing well in relation to the circumstances, but she is still resting.

– The queen is doing well.

Thorgren refused to comment to the magazine exactly when the queen returns to her own duties. However, according to the courtyard calendar, the Queen has the next appointment on April 28. He will meet representatives of the World Childhood Foundation at that time.

The Silvia surgery was caused by a bone, meaning her big toe was skewed and pointed inward. Immediately after the surgery, it was commented on the court that the operation went well.

Silvia last suffered from health concerns late last year when she was diagnosed with a serious respiratory infection. The queen had to cancel her job due to illness.
