A significant increase in the number of collective dismissals: ‘It’s all about costs, costs and more costs’

The UWV benefits agency receives more and more requests for a collective dismissal round. In the first three months of this year, 82 companies reported because they wanted to say goodbye to at least twenty employees. That number has not been that high in four years. In total, nearly five thousand people were requested.
